1. curd:  take two tsp curd and two tsp grated tomato..mix well. apply on clear skin for 10 to 15 mins.then wash it cold water.use it atleast 3 to 4 days..you will see the changes within  1 week.it will give you a shiny smooth skin. 2. potato: take three tsp grated potato and one tsp lemon and mix well.apply it on your expose area for 15 mins. wash it luke warm water.you will see the result after one wash. 3. rice flour : take one tsp rice flour and two tsp curd..apply on your face for 5 mins.then rub gently for 1 or 2 mins then wash it cold water.use it twice per week.it clears all the dead cell from your skin. 4.lemon: take two tsp lemon juice and one tsp suger and mix well. rub the mixture on your face hand untill the sugars are melted.use it thrice in week.it helps to clean your pores. 5. raw milk: take 3 tsp raw milk and one one tsp sandle wood powder.. mix well and apply on your face umtill it will be dry..use it regularly.. your skin will be flawless within 1...

vegetable toasts: it is a recipe which you can make easily by mixing 2 medium size boiled potatoes and one cup finely chopped vegetables like onion,capsicum,tomato,carrot etc.add 1/2 tsp chat massala,salt,corriander leaves,green chili,ginger paste to the vaggie mixture. now cut 4 square pieces of bread and spread the mixture on both side of the bread.heat a nonstick cookware and grease it lightly with oil.cook both side untill it become golden brown.. hung curd sandwich : mix finely chopped vegetables like capsicum,onion,, grated carrot,tomato,corriender leaves,curd( not so much sour). add all the spices like chaat masala,salt,red chili powder, black pepper powder to the mixture and mix well. apply  one thick layer of mixture on the bread and grease it lightly with butter or oil on one side. grill it in sandwich maker or oven on tava .

ingredients:  2 cup rice 5to 6 tomatoes (chopped) 2 medium onion(chopped? 6-7 green chilies 1 tbs red chili power 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp grated ginger 1tsp grated garlic 4 cloves 1piece cinnamon 3 cardamons 3 tsp oil/ butter / ghee process: wash and soak rice for 20 mins in water. drain water and keep aside. in a frying pan add cinnamon, cloves,cardamon and fry them for a couple of mins. add ginger and garlic, fry for a minute and then add green Chili and onions. fry it till onions turn into brown.add tomato pieces into it and add salt,chili powder and turmeric powder. after tomatoes are cooked for 3 to 4 minutes add the rice and stir it. now pour 3 1/2 cups water and cook properly untill it turns into dry. note: rice and water are same quantity. 

ingredients : 3cups milk 100 grms grated dark chocolates one tablespoon sugar 1egg 1/2 tablespoon white ground chinnamon process: 1. put milk into microwave safe container and cook on high in the microwave for only 2mins.mix chocolate,sugar and chinnamon  in it.then in a small bowl whisk the egg untill smooth, then pour into the chocolate mixture. 2. then all the mixture pour into a microwave container and cook it on high for 3 to 4 mins then whisk it again untill it become foamy.. 3. gurnish with sparkle cinnamon, grated chocolate.
