high protein salad


Ingredients :

 1 cup sprouted channa seeds
1/2 cup sprouted mung seeds
1 cup small pieces of paneer
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup cucumbers
black salt
green chili
lemon juice (6-7 tsp)
2tsp roasted cumin dust
2tsp black pepper powder
1tsp chaat masala(optional)
   channa seeds and mung seeds are protein food but when it sprouts,become more protein.
take a large bowl firstly add paneer, sprouted Channa and mung sedd then add chopped tomato,cucumber then mixed well. then add black salt,black pepper, lemon juice, green chili,cumin dust,chaat masala and mixed well.ready for serve. it is very delicious. it melts your body fat quickly.
